Stan has concentrated his law practice in the field of Assisted Reproduction Law and Adoption for over 20 years. Since 1992,  Stan has helped create hundreds of  families through adoption, surrogacy and egg, embryo, & sperm donation. Stan has represented intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, sperm donors, birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoption agencies.

Stan is a member of the Florida and New York Bar. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business and the University of Miami School of Law. Stan is a proud parent of two adult children. Stan’s personal experience with infertility and adoption has created a passion and desire for assisting others in creating families.

Stan is a fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and a member of the following organizations: American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Committee of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. Resolve and the Florida Adoption Council.



We represent either Intended Parents or Surrogates during a gestational surrogacy to provide legal advice as well as the necessary contracts, documents and communications to ensure a positive experience.

Egg, Embryo & Sperm Donation

We provide legal assistance and services necessary to protect the rights of all parties in the egg, embryo and sperm donation process, including intended parents using donor eggs and gestational surrogates.

Modern Family Formation

For same-sex couples and single parents who wish to create a family, we assist in all legal contracts, including Egg Sharing and Co-Parenting Agreements. Additionally, we will review and modify all forms necessary from your medical provider to ensure the couple’s intent for shared parental rights is clearly documented.


We are committed to helping parents through the adoption process in a compassionate and understanding manner. We work with adoptive parents and birth parents through the entire legal process.
